accessibility of the location, convenience of getting around
Why does everything smell like smoke? Janitorial service incomplete—floors dirty and bathroom not cleaned properly!!! A non-functional microwave is definitely a fire hazard!!! Clean up the common areas and elevate your maintenance game!!!

A Disappointing Experience with Major Issues
Our one-night stay in a Queen Room was plagued by problems. The room had a strong cigarette odor despite being smoke-free. The pull-out sofa was unusable, with peeling upholstery and a stained, worn-out mattress covered in dirty sheets. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Strong match for a fleeting stay in Orlando with good value for the price. The front desk worker was friendly and accommodating despite being overwhelmed. Consider checking in early to avoid any room mix-ups.

Ask for a room on a higher floor to avoid noise from guests hanging around outside, as they can be quite disruptive.

We enjoyed a relaxing stay for two nights, especially the comfy queen room and the laundry facilities that were super helpful. The pool was a nice escape, and having a little kitchen setup made it feel like home. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t ruin our fun! 😊

The queen room was spacious and relatively clean, but the location didn’t match the photos, and it was quite dirty overall. I doubt I’ll be back.

Decent kitchen facilities with basic amenities, good for longer stays if you want to whip up a meal. The queen room offers a fair amount of space for a solo traveler or couple, making it comfortable to lounge after a long day.
The overall cleanliness of the place really leaves much to be desired. Floors felt gritty, and there were questionable spots in the bathroom, including hair that shouldn't have been there. My microwave was malfunctioning, leaking inside and not heating evenly, making meal prep a hassle. Ventilation in the bathroom didn't function properly, leaving things feeling stuffy. Also, the noise from neighboring rooms and common areas can be disruptive, especially with residents seeming to be long-term guests.

Never again
Got a queen room but it was dirty and had just one bed for three people. The mattress felt rock hard and barely fit us. No air conditioning was working properly. It basically felt like a huge disappointment. Not what I expected at all.

great central spot for city walks and park visits
During my three-night stay, I was thrilled to find a lovely park just a short stroll away, perfect for an evening walk, and the vibrant Anita S. Wooten Gallery was only about 3.5 km away, making my city explorations even better. as a single traveler, I appreciated the basic but comfortable queen room setup that allowed me to recharge after my daily adventures, but the cleanliness of the floors could definitely use some improvement.
